Systemic Constellations

Workshop WITH lilliana gibbs

We all exist inside larger systems — our relationships, our families, our work, our histories. When something feels stuck and hard to name, a constellation can surface the dynamics that talking alone doesn't reach: influences reaching back through a family tree, sometimes generations further than we realise.

Constellations can be worked table-top, with simple objects standing in for people, or as a live process where participants stand in as elements of the system. Everyone in the room takes part, whether active or as witness, and there's usually something to gain either way. It's an emergent process and the best approach is simply to stay open to what comes up.

What can be explored with systemic constellations

your relationship to money, or to an old habit that won't shift. This work builds on Bert Hellinger's Family Constellations, working with the deep, often unseen dynamics that shape our lives.
